Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Gedeo Coffee

A classic washed Ethiopian coffee from Yirgacheffe, in the Gedeo zone of southern Ethiopia, one of the most famous coffee regions in the world. The coffee is grown by smallholder farmers at around 1,900-2,200 m, from Ethiopian heirloom varieties. Ethiopia is the birthplace of Arabica, and Yirgacheffe is known for its elegant, floral and fruity cups. This one is bright, delicate and very aromatic.

Flavor Notes
Juicy peach and a floral, jasmine-like aroma, with caramel and white chocolate sweetness and a light black tea character. The acidity is bright and clean, the body is light and silky, and the finish is long, with a fine wine-like note.

Best Paired
Made for V60, Chemex and other pour-over methods, where its florals and fruit come through most clearly. It also makes a bright, fruity espresso and works well in an AeroPress or Moka pot. Best enjoyed black to taste all its aromas. Use a medium grind for V60 and filter, and a fine grind for espresso.

Return of goods due to changed mind / did not fit

We accept returns if the request is submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

• The goods must be in the original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.
• Returns are at the customer's expense - the buyer will arrange for delivery.
• After receiving and checking the goods, the amount will be refunded in a convenient form for the buyer.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return of goods under warranty (defect or damage)

If the goods are defective or damaged, we will accept a return within 90 days of receiving the order.

• The customer pays for the delivery of the returned goods, but we will compensate this amount if the warranty case is confirmed. It is important to properly store the goods.
• It takes up to 7 business days after receiving the goods to process the return.
• You can choose:
  - Refund to the payment method.
  - Exchange for a similar product (subject to availability in stock).

Important information about returns

• Returns are possible within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
• Returns are only possible for products purchased directly from Cantata, through the online store or a retail store.
• The product must be packed in its original packaging with a full set of accessories and documents.

How to arrange a return

2. Send the product back. Shipping is at the customer's expense.
3. Once the goods are received and checked, we will process the return within 7 working days and provide a refund or credit balance.
