2. Returning an item due to "changed my mind / did not fit"

If you want to return an item without defects, a return is possible within 3 days of receiving the order.

Return conditions:

  • The item must be new, without signs of use.
  • The original packaging and complete set must be preserved.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

  • Send the goods back using a courier service convenient for you. All shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  • After receiving and checking the goods, we will issue a refund within 7 working days.

3. Return of goods under warranty (defect or damage)

We accept returns within 90 days of receiving the order, if the goods were defective or damaged during delivery.

Warranty return conditions:

  • Damage or defect must be recorded immediately upon receipt of the goods.
  • The customer pays for shipping, but we will compensate this amount if the warranty case is confirmed.
  • The goods must be returned with the original packaging and all components.
  • Return processing takes up to 7 business days after receiving the item.

What you can choose:

  • Refund to your payment method.
  • Exchange for a similar item (if available in stock).

How to arrange a warranty return:

  • Contact our support team and provide photo/video evidence of the defect.
  • Send the item back via your preferred courier service.
  • After checking, we will offer you a refund or replacement.


4. Important information about returns

  • Returns are only possible for items purchased directly from our online store or retail store Cantata.
  • If the item has been misused or damaged due to the fault of the buyer, no refund will be made.
  • In case of a warranty return, make sure that the storage conditions of the item are met.

  • Returns are possible within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item.
