Delivery Policy

We strive to provide the most convenient and fast delivery service to our customers across the UAE. Below you will find all the details regarding the cost, delivery time, change of address policy and payment methods.

1. Delivery terms in the UAE

We deliver to all emirates of the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

Delivery costs

  • 📦 For orders up to 200 AED — a flat delivery charge of 20.00 AED.
  • 🚚 For orders over 200 AED — delivery is free.

Delivery times

Delivery in Dubai:

  • Orders placed before 18:00 are delivered on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 18:00 are delivered the next day.

Delivery to other emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain):

  • Delivery is carried out the next day after order confirmation.
  • 💡 Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the remoteness of the region and the workload of the courier service.

Additional delivery conditions

  • Delivery is carried out daily (except public holidays).
  • On the day of delivery, the courier may contact you to confirm a convenient time to receive the order.
  • If the courier was unable to deliver the goods (for example, you do not answer the phone), the delivery will be rescheduled for the next day.

2. Changing the delivery address

We understand that circumstances may change, so we offer the opportunity to change the delivery address.

📌 How to change the delivery address:

  • Before the order is sent, simply contact us by phone or email.
  • If the order has already been transferred to the delivery service, changing the address is possible, but may take additional time and require additional payment.

💡 We recommend checking the correctness of the address before placing an order to avoid possible delays.

3. Damaged parcels and inspection upon receipt

We carefully pack each parcel, but in rare cases damage may occur during transportation.

🔍 When you receive your order, BE SURE to check the parcel:

  • If the packaging is visibly damaged, do not accept the order and contact us immediately.
  • If you have already accepted the order, but find a defect or damage inside, contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

⚠️ Important! We will not be able to accept a claim if damage to the goods is discovered several days after receipt.

4. Payment methods

We offer several convenient payment methods for your orders:

  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • 💰 Cash on Delivery - (COD):Only available for delivery within the UAE. Please prepare the exact amount, as the courier may not have change.
