Thermoses and Travel Bottles for Tea and Coffee
A good flask decides whether the tea you brewed at 7am is still worth drinking at 11am. Cantata stocks six vacuum and double-walled vessels in Dubai: stainless steel thermoses in 500ml and glass infuser bottles in 400ml, priced from AED 169. Every one is built around the same idea, which is keeping heat where it belongs and keeping the drink tasting the way it did in the cup.
Stainless steel thermoses, 500ml
The steel range covers four options at AED 190 each: Thermos "Daisy" 500ml in light blue and yellow, Thermos "Linnea" 500ml, and Thermos "Amami" 500ml. The Linnea is a double-walled stainless steel bottle with a lid that doubles as a carrying handle, and it is made without BPA.
Five hundred milliliters is a practical size. It holds roughly two mugs of brewed tea or a double batch of filter coffee, and it still fits a car cup holder and a laptop bag side pocket. Steel is the right choice if the flask spends the day in a hot car or a site bag, since there is no glass to crack and no sleeve to soak.

Glass infuser bottles, 400ml
Two glass options sit at AED 169: Infuser Bottle "Eucalyptus" Glass 400ml and Infuser Bottle "Amami" Glass 400ml. The Eucalyptus pairs a double-walled glass body with a neoprene sleeve and a two-piece stainless steel strainer, so the drink is hot inside while the outside stays comfortable to hold.
The built-in strainer is what makes these worth having for loose leaf. You put the leaf in the basket, pour, and lift the basket out when the infusion is done, which stops the over-extraction that turns a delicate tea bitter by the second hour. Glass also shows the liquor color, which matters if you are brewing something like a flavored white tea and want to watch it develop.

What to put in them
Steel thermoses suit robust leaf that does not mind sitting in hot water. Black tea and pu-erh hold up well, and so do the spiced blends in our flavored black tea range. Brew in a pot, strain, then fill the flask, which gives you the strength you chose rather than the strength four hours of steeping decides for you.
Glass infuser bottles are better for leaf that prefers cooler water and shorter steeps, such as green tea, flavored green tea and oolong. They also work for cold brewing: load the basket, fill with cold water, and leave it in the fridge for several hours. Our cold brew tea selection is blended for exactly that method, which is worth knowing in a Dubai summer.

Care and cleaning
Rinse with hot water after every use, and wash with a soft brush and mild detergent rather than anything abrasive. Leave the flask open to dry so moisture does not sit inside the seal. Keep tea and coffee in separate vessels if you can, because coffee oils cling to steel and will show up in the next cup of green tea. For deeper cleaning, a soak in warm water with baking soda lifts tannin staining without scratching the lining. Dry the strainer basket fully before putting the bottle away.
